REFUNDS, ExchangeS and ReplacementS Policy
Milan Dhiiyaan does not offer refunds on any of our products however we can provide exchanges or replacements of items under the following circumstances:
Variations in hand crafted & handmade items
There are many variations in hand crafted items, hand painted items, handmade and hand-woven items. Our people culturally respect these markings believing them to be signs from our spiritual world telling us stories about the objects coming into being in the hands of the craftsperson through creator spirit.
Therefore, please know that your item comes with variations and will not necessarily be exactly the same as the picture in the photograph online (as we have photographed an example in most cases). However, if for any reason you are not happy with your item, we will exchange your item for another one of the same value that you may like better, as every piece of handmade work turns out differently.
N.B. Exchanges can only be arranged within 14 days from the date we posted the item to you. For exchanges customer needs to pay return postage (customer pays postage of returning purchased item plus postage of the replacement item sent to you).
Damaged or Broken Goods
If your item arrives damaged or broken (upon arrival by Australia Post or freight company) then we will replace the item at no further cost to you. You will be required to send the broken or damaged item back to us (and we will pay for the postage). We will then post you a new item as soon as we can at no further cost to you. Please note: If Australia Post or Freight company damages or breaks an item that we have custom made for you it could take another 6-8 weeks for us to remake the item.
N.B. Replacements of damaged or broken goods under this policy can only be made if you send us a photograph of the damaged or broken item plus the packaging it was sent in within 7 days of the arrival of your item.
